Product Return Instructions


We ask that you follow these steps when returning or exchanging an item.

Step 1: Read the Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool Return Policy

We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:
  • 15-Day return period. Please be sure that your return merchandise reaches Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool within 15 days from the date your merchandise was delivered to you (as shown on the delivery company's tracking system).
  • Original packaging in good condition. Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings — including writing of any kind) with your return.
  • Unused condition. Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool is unable to accept returned items that have been used or damaged in any way.


Step 2: Contact Customer Service to Obtain a Return RMA Number

If you ordered an item by mistake or just don't want it anymore, you may return your items but must first contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). \ With a valid RMA number, Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool will credit you for 80 percent of the merchandise value (including sales tax for orders shipped within FL) or the value of your order less $10.00, whichever amount is greater. Please note that a minimum 20 percent restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Why does Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool charge restocking fees on returned merchandise? Returned products must be inspected and possibly returned to the manufacturer. In doing so, we face the cost of inspecting the item to determine the disposition as well as the costs incurred with returning the item to the manufacturer and a restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer.

If you'd like to return an order for any other reason, please contact the Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool Customer Service Team for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or Just the Right Auto Body Shop Tool , please contact us and we will assist you — in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense. Step 3: Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange

After calling to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address information, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton. Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return. Also note what you would like done (refund, new product shipped, etc.). On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate address that was given to you by the customer service specialist. Please note, if we can't read your writing, we won't be able process your return. Please make sure the information you provide is legible. Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and also make the credit process go much quicker. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
